We are seeking an experienced and personable Showroom Sales Manager/Executive to be the face of Jagson India at our flagship showroom. This role is central to creating an exceptional brand experience for our clients. You will be responsible for driving walk- in sales, providing expert design and product consultation, and ensuring the showroom operates flawlessly as a premier destination for natural stone.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for interior design and a passion for helping clients—from individual homeowners to professional architects and designers—select the perfect stone products to bring their projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Client Consultation:

    • Welcome and engage all showroom visitors, providing a premium, consultative customer experience.
    • Understand client requirements, project scope, and design aesthetics to provide tailored product recommendations.
    • Effectively communicate the value, features, and benefits of our entire product range.
    • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and consistently meet or exceed showroom sales targets.

    Showroom Operations & Merchandising:

    • Maintain the showroom to the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and brand representation.
    • Manage and update all product displays, samples, and marketing materials to ensure they are current and visually appealing.
    • Coordinate the logistics of sample issuance to clients and track their return.

    Product Expertise:

    • Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of all Jagson India products, including stone types, finishes, applications, installation nuances, and maintenance requirements.
    • Stay informed about current interior design trends to better assist and inspire clients.

    Lead & Relationship Management:

    • Capture detailed information for every walk-in lead in the company CRM.
    • Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
    • Build strong relationships with visiting architects, interior designers, and contractors, encouraging repeat business.

    Reporting & Coordination:

    • Provide regular reports on showroom footfall, sales performance, lead conversion, and customer feedback.
    • Liaise with the warehouse and operations team to confirm stock availability and delivery timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

    Experience
    3–7 years of proven success in a retail sales or showroom management role, dealing with high-value products (e.g., luxury furniture, lighting, tiles, sanitary ware, modular kitchens, or automotive).

    Skills:

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
    • A strong customer-service orientation and the ability to build rapport easily.
    • Demonstrable ability to achieve sales targets.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    Education
    Bachelor’s degree is required.


Preferred

  • Direct experience in the natural stone, tiles, marble, or building materials industry is highly desirable.
  • A demonstrable passion for or background in interior design.
  • Experience working directly with architects and interior designers.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive (BDE) to fuel our growth by identifying new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads. The BDE will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, responsible for market research, prospecting, and initiating the first contact with potential high-value clients, including architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and potential dealers/distributors.

This role is crucial for our sales ecosystem, acting as the primary source of new opportunities that will be nurtured by our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners (dealers/distributors).
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial client meetings, site visits, product presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Technical Consultation: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio (stone types, finishes, applications, installation) to provide expert advice and technical specifications to clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new project pipelines. Provide feedback to the management team.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the company CRM. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and excellent customer service.
  • Field Activity: Conduct regular field visits to client offices, active construction sites, and dealer showrooms to build rapport and identify immediate opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

    Experience
    2–5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the building materials, construction, architectural products, or a related industry.

    Mobility
    Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.

    Education
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
